For a home server or a web client, you don't need the most hightech fancy PC available, that uses hundreds of Watts.
On this page I collect some links to energy efficient and small computers(mostly Linux based) that are suitable for use as a simple PC or a home server
This is what is called "green computing", these devices use less then 20 Watts( some even as low as 5 Watts), so therefore suitable as an always on home server (email server, file server, media server, etc.)
