Joomla is the CMS system I used for this website. To be honest, my previous CMS was faster, but Joomla has the advantage that it is much more interactive and because it is a fairly widespread CMS system, there are manu add-ons available. I hope that in newer versions of Joomla , the parsing system and the caching will be imvproved, so the whole website is a bit faster. During the creation of this website I couldn't always exactly find what I was looking for, so I had to create some new stuff myself. This is a new kind of ads from Amazon, where Amazon selects the product to show, based on the the specific site and page content and the user itself. I decided to write a small module, so I could easily add Amazon Omakase to my own website. I hope it is usefull for you as well. When you have installed the module, please first configure it. You need to have an Amazon Associates ID.You have to enter this in the module. In the configuration you can also adjust all other settings, such as background color, border color and text color.UPDATE: I have now implemented all the Amazon options in this module (27-12-2006)
